Weldon Color Lab handles all film and materials submitted to us with the utmost care and professionalism, however, if damage to a customer's film or materials occurs while in our possession, Weldon Color Lab's liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of an equal amount and type of unused material.

As with all dyes, those used in color photography are subject to fading or color shift with aging, therefore, no warranties are made by Weldon Color Lab with respect to color change in material produced.

By submitting material for an order the customer agrees and accepts these limitations of liability.
