We accept .tif and .jpeg files. We print using Adobe RGB color space at 300 DPI. We review and convert each file as part of the printing process, so don’t worry if you don’t send it perfectly.

Most print orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Mounting orders are typically scheduled for completion in 2–3 weeks.

Yes. Every final print at 16x20” and larger comes with a complementary 8x10” proof. Proofing is a part of our standard workflow and is always recommended. 

Yes. Our clients are around the world. We offer our full suite of services remotely and can mail proofs, schedule video consultations, and crate and ship finished work anywhere.
